Every renovation begins with a thorough structural assessment. We identify which elements must be preserved, where walls can be removed, and how space can be reallocated to create open, functional floor plans. For properties where existing plans are unavailable, Cabo Build will create new ones from the ground up. We then map out all proposed changes directly against the existing layout, giving clients a clear side-by-side picture of what is being modified, removed, or added before a single wall is touched. For properties where outdoor living is a priority, we incorporate pool additions into the renovation scope from the outset, maximizing placement, orientation, and design to complement the overall flow of the home.
Renovations also provide the opportunity to incorporate new materials such as hurricane proof glass, solar implementations, drainage enhancements, shade and water features, optimized parking in addition to all the aesthetic needs.
Permitting is handled directly through our established relationships with local municipalities and HOAs across Los Cabos, including Puerto Los Cabos, Querencia, Palmilla, Diamante, Pedregal and East Cape. We manage the full approval process so clients do not have to navigate the local system independently. Our in-house architectural design team provides the flexibility to make quick and nimble changes to the plans as needed.
