As seen in this example in Puerto Los Cabos, Cabo Builds in house architects and structural engineers designed this custom home and built a 12 foot platform that the home sits on, allowing for views over existing homes. The platform cost provided an ocean view and was a fraction of the cost for a lot directly facing the ocean with no obstructions.
