When you are ready to buy land in Los Cabos is when building discussions should begin. Cabo Build has built homes with all the major developments such as Palmilla, Pedregal, Puerto Los Cabos, Diamonte, Querencia and even those off grid or in the East Cape. We will conduct a land survey and an architectural design study to ensure the build location is sound and within budget. The cost per square foot in Los Cabos is best achieved through involvement. We will then work on floorplans, renders and structural engineer as a single point of contact as your building contractor. Once Cabo Build has received the permitting and HOA approvals through the design phase the construction process begins.  Cabo Build staffs the construction site with a dedicated team of in-house workers. We do not “pick up” people. We comply with the City and HOA regulations based on familiarity of those needs through the design phase. We have a construction manager on the premise at nearly all times to ensure workers comply. Cabo Builds transparent payment schedule will track to all the deliverables and show representative pictures of the completion ahead of any next payment.
