Building a home in Cabo

Once Cabo Build has received the permitting and HOA approvals through the design phase the construction process begins.  Cabo Build staffs the construction site with a dedicated team of in-house workers. We do not “pick up” people. We comply with the City and HOA regulations based on familiarity of those needs through the design phase. We have a construction manager on the premise at nearly all times to ensure workers comply. Cabo Builds transparent payment schedule will track to all the deliverables and show representative pictures of the completion ahead of any next payment.
